Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By requesting a quote or booking services with XaviTransportationService LLC ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
We provide transportation services for warehouse materials, vehicles, and construction materials throughout California. All services are subject to equipment availability, scheduling, and applicable regulations.
3. Quotes & Booking
Quotes are estimates based on information provided at time of request. Final pricing may vary due to weight, distance, accessorial services, or unforeseen conditions. A booking is confirmed only upon written agreement from both parties.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup are free of charge. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee up to 25% of the quoted amount to cover committed resources.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for ensuring cargo is properly prepared, labeled, and legal to transport. Hazardous materials, prohibited items, or improperly declared freight may be refused at pickup.
6. Liability & Insurance
XaviTransportationService LLC maintains commercial cargo and auto liability insurance. Liability is limited to the declared value of the cargo or the applicable coverage limits, whichever is lower. Claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
7. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon delivery unless other arrangements are made in writing. We accept cash, ACH, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly service fee.
8. Delays & Force Majeure
We strive to meet scheduled delivery windows but are not liable for delays caused by weather, mechanical issues, road closures, acts of God, or other events beyond our control.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Riverside County, California.
