Fully Insured
Xavi Logistics carries active commercial auto and cargo liability insurance on every load we move. A certificate of insurance (COI) can be provided to any shipper, broker, or client on request before pickup.
Licensed California LLC
XaviTransportationService LLC is a registered California limited liability company in good standing. We maintain a valid California business license and operate under all applicable California Public Utilities Commission rules for the services we provide.
Scope of Service
We specialize in intrastate California transportation of light and medium-duty freight that does not require federal DOT authority — warehouse goods, personal and dealer vehicles, and non-hazardous construction materials. We do not move oversize, overweight, hazardous, or interstate loads.
Cargo Security
Every load is inspected at pickup, strapped and secured per load type, and tracked through delivery. Proof of delivery is documented for every shipment, and photos are available on request for vehicle and high-value freight moves.
Honest Pricing
Quotes are written, not verbal. The number we give you is the number you pay — no surprise accessorial charges, no fuel surcharge games. Any change in scope is discussed and agreed to in writing before we move.

When you call our dispatch line, you reach Xavier or someone on his crew — never an outsourced call center. One point of contact from booking to delivery is a standard, not an upsell.
